Deliveries in one year
— A 2 Driver Delivery is when vehicle is picked up and left at location and a chase driver is needed. (Example: Vehicle is picked up from the customer’s office and dropped off for state inspection at a repair facility.)
–A Single Driver Delivery is when Vehicle is picked up and taken to a location for a less than 15 min stop and then returned or driver is given another vehicle to return to the customer. (Example: Vehicle is taken to a drive through car wash and returned, or Vehicle is dropped off for service and the driver is given a loaner car to return to the customer.)
Subscription also includes:
-Automatic yearly e-mail reminder the month vehicle state inspection expires
-Automatic Oil Change reminder e-mail every 6 months.
-Automatic quarterly email delivery balance statements(updates available anytime upon request)
-20% Discount on all additional deliveries after all pre-purchased deliveries are used.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE LOCATIONS—
Any Location not already covered in South Eastern VA or Northern NC can be accommodated. Just call us at 757-932-0231 to discuss pricing.
Rules:
-Vehicle must be able to be safely driven by a Dependable Delivery team m
member to the delivery location.
-All subscriptions can be purchased by single payment, a 6 month or 12 month commitment.
-Subscriptions will renew automatically every 12 months unless canceled by customer in writing.
-Monthly commitment subscription fees will be charged to the customer’s card on file on the 15th of each month.
-Vehicle Deliveries are not limited to Service and Detail Appointments.
-Plan is not limited to 1 vehicle. Plan can be used on any vehicle the customer owns.
-Any tolls or expense required to completed a delivery (parking, fuel etc.) will be automatically charged to the customer’s Card on file.
-24 hour notice is required for guaranteed schedule availability.
-Requests placed within less than 24 hours are not guaranteed to be completed on day requested unless customer pays additional Rush Fees.
-Rush Fees: 23-12 hour advance Notice=$10
-12-8 hour advanced Notice= $15
-8-4 hour advanced Notice = $20
-4-2 hour advanced Notice =$25
-Less than 2 Hour Notice = $30
-Rush Fees will be automatically charged to customer’s card on file.
-Prices include Deliveries made within the cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Eastern Chesapeake.
-Any pick up or delivery to or from an area outside those listed above will be an additional charge depending on location.
-Additional Charges will be made known to customer at time of scheduling.
-All additional fees can be added to plan monthly fee prorated to the amount of months left in the subscription year.
